I chose this hotel for attending a leadership summit, and it provided excellent amenities for business events. The 2 meeting rooms available were well-equipped, and the complimentary wired Internet access and 24-hour business center were great assets. The staff at the 24-hour front desk were always helpful and accommodating.

One service that I missed for my work was a dedicated office space or coworking area. It would have been convenient to have a designated area where I could work, hold meetings, and collaborate with colleagues during my stay.

The staff members were all outstandingly friendly and amiable. The breakfasts with many options. The location was perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from a Buddhist temple. Plus, it was not far from the airport shuttle and starfield coax mall and the metro and the airport.

My room was good-sized with a private bathroom. It had coffee/tea makers and a fridge. The location was good for trip in Seoul. I was here for 3 days and would still consider staying here again.

The location was magnificent and convenient, for example, a Buddhist temple was not too far away from the hotel. And it was also adjacent to the mall, station, city bus stops, and the airport shuttle as well as Coex conference centre.

There were really small beds in our room.

Nice hotel for trip. Amazing views of city, very helpful staff. The room itself fantastic and bright. Had central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television.

Also, the location is great and excellent, minutes from Starfield Coex Mall. It is near subway station, we enjoyed the view of village.

Marvellous location near a train station, you can walk everywhere. All the stuff members are fabulously friendly and pleasant. Overall the room is fairly quiet, bright and includes a private safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a fridge.

I recently stayed at Shilla Stay Samsung and had a fantastic experience. The location was perfect for my business trip, as it was right across the street from the COEX Mall & convention center. The city view room I had provided a stunning view of the surrounding area. The hotel's gym was well-equipped and the breakfast included in my stay was decent. The staff was also very helpful in resolving any issues I had. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and excellent facilities.

we booked an a double room with an exceptionally comfortable bed. a bidet was nice and everything was nice. very central location of this town hotel was a bonus. there was a good restaurant not too far from the venue. had a real good stay for business trip & would still consider staying here again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is really convenient, with multiple train lines intersected near a train station, making it easy to get around the city. There's also a mall across the road, which was great for shopping. The room was well equipped with an ironing board and tea and coffee facilities. The staff were friendly and the facilities, like the fitness centre and video games were great, too.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel was immaculately clean, I loved it. The staff, everyone, was helpful and amicable. One of the advantages - reasonably spacious rooms; they included hairdryers, a bidet and bathrobes. As for me, the location was good and absolutely perfect, so close to Coex conference centre. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Ko You Stone that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

This urban hotel had great views. I greatly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the a twin room. Extra facilities such as tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge were really useful. The setting was excellent and comfy, right by Seoul and most major cities and shopping centre and starfield coax mall and the metro. Was an ideal place for trip.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

Great location. Excellent view. Helpful staff. Nice facilities. Convenient subway access. Comfy bed. Rooftop terrace. Adequate rooms.

Couldn't fault.
